How should I proceed with exchanging products?

We are not currently exchanging purchased goods. In the event that you need to replace the product you received, we recommend that you follow the Return Goods instructions quickly and efficiently and then place your order for the required product again.

How do I return goods (14-day returns)?

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your goods, please return them within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund, provided that the goods are returned in an unused and saleable condition with any original tags or packaging intact.

❗ Currently, we only accept 14-day returns from the European Union and the USA
❗ Please attach the following documents to the goods being returned:

  1. Original Invoice (Proof of purchase)
  2. Withdrawal from the contract form generated after completing the Return of Goods process.

Ensure that the goods are sent back to us in unused condition (with tags and packaging intact, if any) to the below address:

Based on the accuracy of the information provided and compliance with the deadline of 14 days from the date of delivery of goods, we will be able to refund you in 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.

We will confirm the receipt of the returned goods and if the returned goods meet all the requirements by email. The Refund for the order will be sent to your account within 14 days specified in the Withdrawal from the contract form.

Who bears the postage cost regarding the return of the goods / complaint?

Postage shall be paid by the Buyer when sending the returned goods. (as stated in our General Terms and Conditions) Unless otherwise specified.

How do I file a Warranty claim?

All orders are covered under our 24-month Warranty against manufacturing defects. If you have received a defective product, please reach out to us by email with the defect information, including some photo evidence, and we'll work with you to make it right.
