How to correctly measure your foot?

Place a sheet of paper on a flat hard surface and stand on it. Stand straight and relax your toes
Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
Add approx. 0.5 cm to your measured length and you have your size

Die besten Schuhe. Nach meiner Fuß-OP die einzigen, mit denen ich ohne Schmerzen gehen kann und mein Fuß sich richtig aufstellen kann.

Optisch schön. Es ist viel Platz für die Zehen. Aber leider sind sie total steif. Die Sohle ist hart. Mit einem Barfußschuh hat das für mich nichts zu tun.

Die Sohle wird durch das Tragen mit der Zeit etwas weicher, da sich das Material an Ihre Fußbewegungen anpasst. Dies geschieht in der Regel nach einigen Tagen bis wenigen Wochen, je nach Nutzungsintensität der Schuhe. Die Gesamtdicke der Sohle bleibt dabei nahezu unverändert. Das bedeutet, dass sie zwar flexibler wird und sich geschmeidiger anfühlt, aber nicht wesentlich dünner wird. Trotzdem ist es durch die flexible Konstruktion möglich, den natürlichen Barfußgang mit Vorderfußbelastung auszuführen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen das Team von Be Lenka
