How to correctly measure your foot?

  1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat hard surface and stand on it. Stand straight and relax your toes
  2. Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
  3. Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
  4. Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
  5. Add approx. 0.5 cm to your measured length and you have your size

W mojej opinii są fantastyczne, to już moje druga para barefoot be Lenka. Dla mnie oprócz tego że jest wygodnie w śród stopiu to płaskie podeszwy sprawiły że postawa moja się prostuje, nie chodzę zgarbiony czy pochylony do przodu jak przy butach tzw. sportowych. Polecam.
