When choosing the size of shoes, it is necessary to consider other aspects in addition to the shoe size chart (foot physiology - shape, toe width, instep, and others) that can have an impact on how the shoe will fit your foot.

How to measure your foot correctly?

  • Place a blank A4-sized paper on a flat, smooth and even surface.
  • Step onto the paper with all your weight on the leg.
  • Use a pen/pencil to mark the heel and the farthest point from the heel (beware, it may not always be the big toe)
  • Measure the distance between these two points on feet with a ruler (the difference can be ± 0.5 cm)
  • The number obtained is the length of the foot
  • Add an extra 0.5 cm (ideal leeway) to the length of the foot, and you will get the ideal size of your shoe.
  • Find your shoe size per the above measurements by referring to the size chart for each product on our website.
  • The size chart indicates the inner length and width of our barefoot shoes in centimetres.

  • Our size charts may not correlate with other brands. Hence we recommend following the above steps to determine your correct Be Lenka barefoot shoe size.
  • While ordering ballet flats and sandals, we recommend a smaller excess.

Very beautiful and comfortable, my Grace sandals in rose gold give me grace, are just a little bit fancy, & love the warm gold color!
I selected a size 40 using your directions to measure. They fit well and are exactly what I have been looking for in an all leather elegant barefoot sandal.

Sandálky sice vypadají opravdu krásně a jsou příjemné, ale musím dát 3 hvězdičky. Kvůli hladké kůži se mi pod prsty na chodidle dělají po chvíli chození puchýře. Takže 15 minutová procházka po městě začne být bolestivá...
Jsem z toho docela smutná, protože jsem si na ně za chvíli chození zvykla, ale jakmile prodloužím chůzi třeba na 15 minut, už je to velmi nepříjemné..
Takže za mě jsou spíše jen pro parádu...

Ich trage die Sandalen jetzt seit ca. 2 Monaten - nicht täglich, aber immer, wenn es das Wetter zulässt und ich bin absolut begeistert. Ich glaube, ich hatte noch nie so weiche Sandalen. Die Sohle ist super flexibel in alle Richtungen, der Fuß hat wunderbar Platz und man kann den vorderen Riemen stufenlos durch den Klettverschluss an den Fuß anpassen. Auch das Leder ist superweich. Es ist wirklich sehr nah am Barfußlaufen (nach Winterschuhen und Sneakern von anderen Marken ist es mein drittes Paar Barfußschuhe), lediglich mit etwas Schutz vor Steinen etc. von unten. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Topanocky su uzasne, dlho som premyslala nad kupou ale recenzie ma presvedcili. S letnou obuvou mam problem kazdu sezonu, stale ma boleli nohy ale tieto topanky mozem mat na nohach cele leto a nie je ziaden problem 🙂 krasny jednoduchy dizajn, skvele sa v nich chodi, niet co vytknut 😍
